The son and daughter of hard working immigrants, Aristotle and Daniela found love in the unlikeliest of places; Panera Bread Evanston. It was the summer of 2013. Aristotle, the newly arrived GM. Daniela, the know it all long-timer. The scene was set. It was hate at first sight. Daniela: stubborn, hard-headed, and set in her ways. Aristotle: handsome, put together, and equally stubborn. Through the trials and tribulations of food service they formed an unlikely bond; one that would persist for almost a decade. This is their story.
